About

The International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL) is a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) dedicated to advancing sustainable laboratories globally. I2SL is commited to connecting all stakeholders and providing information and education to ensure safe, sustainable laboratory design, operation and use.

The I2SL Texas Chapter was formed in July 2022. The chapter seeks to be a local resource and community for laboratories and other high-tech buildings fostering decarbonization, energy efficiency and sustainable practices. The chapter offers quarterly events including educational programs, technical topics, project tours and promoting collaboration and networking opportunities with stakeholders in the state of Texas.
